Enjoy an expansive variety of guest entertainment, including vocal and instrumental concerts. Attend events with speakers on an array of topics of interest to you. Gather with your friends in one of our comfortable living rooms, our sun-filled garden room or the café. When the weather’s good, savor the fresh air and sunshine on one of our many patios and courtyards.

Participate in the weekly and monthly clubs; there’s something for everyone. Play cards with your friends or, when the weather permits, do a little gardening.

Choose from a broad array of classes. Take computer lessons. Get physical with exercise for the mind, body and spirit. For example, a growing number of residents enjoy the many benefits derived from our yoga classes.

A weekly “happy hour” with refreshments and hors d’oeuvres adds sparkle for everyone. And join our Supper Club for dinners at some of the area’s finest restaurants. In addition, hit the links for a round of golf then take in a performance at the prestigious Paper Mill Playhouse, Newark’s Performing Arts Center or one of the other venues in the area.

If you love a great read, join the book club. And take advantage of the regular visits by a librarian from the West Orange Public Library who supplies a new set of books and leads a lively book discussion every month in our expansion on-site library.

Our Location
If you don’t know the West Orange/Caldwell area, we’re in a beautiful suburban environment, with all its benefits. We’re equi-distant from all of the major New York area airports and have convenient access to trains and buses to New York City, just a half hour away.

Go for a stroll on our grounds and step across the street to Verona Park. In the warmer weather, have a picnic and watch the boats on the park’s lake. Nearby, there are some wonderful restaurants and lots of great shopping.
