Dear Toni,
You should be extremely proud of your wonderful staff.  They are caring, giving, kind, such amazing human beings dedicated to helping others.  It was so rare to see the consistent spirit of caring in each employee. Not just once in a while, but every day.

All the residents were treated with such dignity.  Something I have not seen in other assisted living care facilities, especially those that work with Alzheimer's.

I wish I had known about Green-Hill earlier in time. I would have placed mom at Green-Hill three years ago, had I realized what a gem your organization is. My mom came to you not more than 6 weeks ago after suffering a second broken hip. I knew that it was unlikely that she would recover, however the constant care that she received during the last 6 weeks of her life made her passing easier to accept.  It was impressive to me that each time I called, the nurses were able to update me on her condition down to the amount of food she ate at each meal.  Each time I visited she was clean and tidy, obviously well cared for.
