Executive Director
Bio

As Executive Director, Judy works closely with Green Hill’s leadership team to monitor daily operations, ensuring all residents receive the  best care and highest quality of life possible. Together with her team she oversees Residential, Assisted Living and Skilled nursing operations, making appropriate recommendations as needed.

Judy began her career at Green Hill as an intern. In 1998, she became an assistant to the social worker in our Social Services department, before taking the role of Admissions Coordinator, from which she was quickly promoted to Director of Admissions. Judy received her LNHA credentials in 2003 and was promoted to Assistant Executive Director in 2005. In April 2019,she was promoted to her current position as Executive Director

Judy has a bachelor’s degree in Health Education/Community Service from Montclair State University.

Maria has been with Green Hill since 1994. She received a bachelor of science in nursing in 1981 from Silliman University in the Philippines. She holds the esteemed credential of board-certified gerontologist and is certified in IV therapy, telemetry and BLS.

Director of Environmental Services
Bio
Diane wears a variety of hats related to cleanliness, health and safety. She plans, organizes, develops, directs and evaluates the many functions involved in Housekeeping and Laundry. That includes management of all safety programs, as well as all policies and procedures in these important areas.

In 1981, Diane began her career at Green Hill as a housekeeper, earning her place in leadership today. In her current role, she hires, trains and supervises all members of her team.

Bio
In 1996, Maggie began her Green Hill career as a member of our activities staff. In that position, she helped design activities that built our residents’ confidence and helped them cope with the physical, mental and emotional challenges of aging.

Maggie left Green Hill for a short stint to serve as coordinator of assisted living for Brighton Gardens. She returned to Green Hill in 2004 as Activities Director. Additionally, she serves as Guide for two of the four The Villas at Green Hill.

Maggie has BA degree in psychology from Kean University with a certificate in gerontology, and is working toward her MSW degree. Her professional memberships include the New Jersey Activities Professionals Association.

 

Nina E. Davis
Operations Manager
Bio

Nina began her career at Green Hill in 1999. Over the years she has expand her knowledge of the building by working in multiple departments. From Activities, Switchboard, Maintenance to IT Tech/Business Office Assistant.

As the Operations Manager, Nina works closely with the Executive Director to make important planning and strategic decisions. She also works closely with the HR Manager to implement proper policies and procedures. In addition to Operations Mgr. Nina is also our IT and Payroll Manager.  

Valerie Lugo
Human Resources Manager
Bio
Valerie is a Human Resources professional with over 15 years of experience in the field. Her practice extends to both public and private sectors, as well as to nonprofits and social service organizations. The span of Valerie’s career has exposed her to the PR, US-Canada, and LATAM markets. She holds a BS in Labor Relations and Employment Law and an MBA in Human Resources. She is also an Entrepreneur; volunteers as a Member of the Board in a Non-Profit organization that seeks to raise awareness about Nuclear Energy as an alternative energetic source for her native Puerto Rico; and is a Notary Public for the State of New Jersey. Valerie is our Human Resources Manager since December 2018.
Gwendolyn Ogilvie
Social Services
Bio

Gwen began her 1st professional career as a teacher in primary schools in Jamaica.  Once in the states, she returned to college and received her BSW from Ramapo College of New Jersey and subsequently her MSW from Fordham University with a specialty in Geriatric Social Work.

Gwen joined Green Hill in 2018. She has been a Social Worker for over 20 years

 “I have a duty and responsibility to apply the 4 principle in Social Work, Educate, facilitate, advocate and intervene.  It’s been a pleasure working at Green Hill”.

Deborah Montanez
Bio

Deborah has been with Green Hill since April 2019. She has multiple bachelors from William Paterson in
Law and Political Science, Managerial and Health Care Economics. She hopes to finish her JDMBA in the
near future. She has vast experience and knowledge in the world of admissions and proper placement
within the community at Green Hill whether it be for long-term or short-term placement. Deborah looks
forward to applying her previous knowledge in all aspects within the Green Hill community.
