Executive Director – President
Green Hill, Inc
Donna has a passion for serving seniors and a commitment to the missions of non-profit aging services organizations, born from her personal experiences in caring for her elder parents. It has been Donna’s commitment and privilege to develop and share innovative best practices in senior care in New Jersey. With an entrepreneurial approach, she sets clear strategic direction, aligns key stakeholders around new business models, and mobilizes interdisciplinary teams to exceed organizational goals. At age 24, she was selected as an emerging leader, growing in skill and competency by working alongside and learning from seasoned Fortune 500 business leaders. She now pays it forward by personally coaching and mentoring new leaders to develop and accomplish goals beyond their expectations.
As author, speaker and thought leader, Donna is frequently called upon to share best practices in all aspects of Aging Services. In addition to being a New Jersey licensed nursing home administrator (LNHA), she holds an MBA in Marketing from Illinois Benedictine University and a BS in Business Administration from The Pennsylvania State University. Loving history as much as she does seniors, Donna lives in an 1837 Greek-revival historic home with her 93 year old mother, Clara, and 98 year old best friend Bob.

Assistant Executive Director
Judy began her career at Green Hill as an intern. In 1998, she became an assistant to the social worker in our Social Services department, before taking the role of Admissions Coordinator, from which she was quickly promoted to Director of Admissions, before moving on to her current role.
Judy has a bachelor’s degree in health education from Montclair State University. She is also a licensed nursing home administrator.

In 1981, Diane began her career at Green Hill as a housekeeper, earning her place in leadership today. In her current role, she hires, trains and supervises all members of her team.

Social Service Director

Community Life Director / Guide
Maggie left Green Hill for a short stint to serve as coordinator of assisted living for Brighton Gardens. She returned to Green Hill in 2004 as Activities Director. Additionally, she serves as Guide for two of the four Green House® Homes.
Maggie has BA degree in psychology from Kean University with a certificate in gerontology, and is working toward her MSW degree. Her professional memberships include the New Jersey Activities Professionals Association.
