Executive Director – President
Green Hill, Inc
As Executive Director and President, Donna Lazartic is responsible for leading Green Hill in its mission of innovation in services, best practices in care, attention to resident quality of life, and partnerships with caregivers that has made Green Hill a first choice of senior living in New Jersey for over 150 years. She is dedicated to providing residents, staff, families and caregivers the resources and opportunities they need and want to lead full lives in a secure familial setting. Her diverse background includes senior leadership roles in aging services and global technology enterprises.

Donna has a passion for serving seniors and a commitment to the missions of non-profit aging services organizations, born from her personal experiences in caring for her elder parents. It has been Donna’s commitment and privilege to develop and share innovative best practices in senior care in New Jersey. With an entrepreneurial approach, she sets clear strategic direction, aligns key stakeholders around new business models, and mobilizes interdisciplinary teams to exceed organizational goals. At age 24, she was selected as an emerging leader, growing in skill and competency by working alongside and learning from seasoned Fortune 500 business leaders. She now pays it forward by personally coaching and mentoring new leaders to develop and accomplish goals beyond their expectations.

As author, speaker and thought leader, Donna is frequently called upon to share best practices in all aspects of Aging Services. In addition to being a New Jersey licensed nursing home administrator (LNHA), she holds an MBA in Marketing from Illinois Benedictine University and a BS in Business Administration from The Pennsylvania State University. Loving history as much as she does seniors, Donna lives in an 1837 Greek-revival historic home with her 93 year old mother, Clara, and 98 year old best friend Bob.

Assistant Executive Director
As Assistant Executive Director, Judy remains one of the key links between residents and the administration. She works closely with the Executive Director to take care of any issues as quickly as possible, and with the department managers to monitor our quality assurance program, which ensures our residents the best care and highest quality of life possible. She also oversees Assisted Living operations, making appropriate recommendations to the Executive Director.

Judy began her career at Green Hill as an intern. In 1998, she became an assistant to the social worker in our Social Services department, before taking the role of Admissions Coordinator, from which she was quickly promoted to Director of Admissions, before moving on to her current role.

Judy has a bachelor’s degree in health education from Montclair State University. She is also a licensed nursing home administrator.

Director of Assisted Living
Maria has been with Green Hill since 1994. She received a bachelor of science in nursing in 1981 from Silliman University in the Philippines. She holds the esteemed credential of board-certified gerontologist and is certified in IV therapy, telemetry and BLS.

Director of Environmental Services
Diane wears a variety of hats related to cleanliness, health and safety. She plans, organizes, develops, directs and evaluates the many functions involved in Housekeeping and Laundry. That includes management of all safety programs, as well as all policies and procedures in these important areas.

In 1981, Diane began her career at Green Hill as a housekeeper, earning her place in leadership today. In her current role, she hires, trains and supervises all members of her team.

Social Service Director
Jackie is a graduate of Montclair State University, receiving a bachelor’s degree with a concentration in family/child studies. Jackie’s professional experience includes working for the Essex County Adult Protective Services responding to at-risk seniors at risk for abuse, neglect and exploitation. She also worked at Woodcrest Center Nursing Home in New Milford, St. Vincent’s Nursing Home in Cedar Grove, and Columbus Hospital in Newark as a social worker.

Community Life Director / Guide
In 1996, Maggie began her Green Hill career as a member of our activities staff. In that position, she helped design activities that built our residents’ confidence and helped them cope with the physical, mental and emotional challenges of aging.

Maggie left Green Hill for a short stint to serve as coordinator of assisted living for Brighton Gardens. She returned to Green Hill in 2004 as Activities Director. Additionally, she serves as Guide for two of the four The Villas at Green Hill.

Maggie has BA degree in psychology from Kean University with a certificate in gerontology, and is working toward her MSW degree. Her professional memberships include the New Jersey Activities Professionals Association.

John DeLuca
Human Resources Director 
John is a graduate of New York University having received a Masters’ Degree in Human Resources Management and Labor Relations. He has worked in the for-profit and non-profit arenas as well as domestic and international organizations. He brings over 30 years of Human Resources Management experience to Green Hill and is impressed by the passionate compassion the employees of the Green Hill family show to our residents.
Raymond Williams Jr.
Plant Director
Ray comes to us with over eight (8) years of experience in plant operations in senior living communities. Among his many credentials he has his HVAC license, AIB certified mechanic, Black Seal Boiler license, FEMA disaster trained, REAC trained and he is a LEED Green Associate. We welcomed Ray to our community in 2014.
